Pink and Gold Nail Art

{Purchased by Me}{Affiliate Links}

Today’s nail art features Daily Hues Noelle which is a golden glitter bomb that I swatched for you earlier this week. I love pink and gold together so I used Mundo de Unas Tutti to stamp this floral design from the Pueen Celebration Lace Blossom plate.

Disco Ball Nail Art

Today’s nail art is the mani I wore for my weekend in Vegas! I figured I needed something pretty blingy so I used Daily Hues Eve as the disco-ball base for the art. The stamping was made using Konad Black and a design from It Girl Fashion Plate IG107. (Which is a press sample)

The disco ball nail art was perfect for Vegas! The lights flicked off Eve and I fit right in to the sparkly atmosphere. :)

Daily Hues Nail Lacquer Swatches

{Purchased by Me}

At a recent Pacific NW polish lovers get together, I met Jen, owner of Daily Hues Nail Lacquer. I’ve known her online for a long time, but I’d never tried her polishes! I decided to break my Daily Hues virginity and finally try some of her polishes.  (By the way, if you’re jealous about a polish get-together, you’re going to want to stay tuned. Along with some fellow addicts, I’m planning an epic get-together in February 2017. Make sure you’re following me on at least one social media so you don’t miss the details as they’re released!)

Daily Hues Amelie was the one that caught my eye right away. I’ve been on a nude polish kick lately and the gold flecks in this nude crelly screamed out to me. This is a great way to have a toned down look….with a little gold glitter sprinkled in. This was perfect to wear to work because I felt professional, yet I still was true to my polish-addicted personality.

Daily Hues Tessa is a purple that everyone has been raving about. I hadn’t seen swatches or anything. I basically bought it because @hottmama_of4 told me to. I’m glad I listened! At first, this looks like just any old purple. But when you look up close, it has super gorgeous shimmer. I wore this one to work and a colleague of mine actually said, “I think this is my favorite polish you’ve ever worn.” That’s a pretty great compliment coming from someone who’s seen me nearly every day for this 4++ year addiction.

Daily Hues Noelle is from her holiday collection and this baby is a gold glitter BOMB. In just two coats, my fingers were all sorts of crazy sparkliness!!

Daily Hues Cheyenne is a dark plum holo. This is a great vampy color. I know it’s almost spring or whatever but it’s still gloriously rainy in the NW! (Having just come back from a vacation in Vegas, I appreciate the rain even more! Ah, sweet life giving nectar from the heavens!)

Daily Hues Eve is a polish that I saw smackerlacquer buying. (If you’re not following her blog, you totally should. She is incredibly talented.) Since I pretty much do everything Chelsea tells me, I knew I had to buy Eve as well. (I knew I had to always listen to Chelsea after she introduced me to Outlander. She had a great track record of being right prior to that, but Outlander really sealed the deal. So seriously go follow her blog. She is awesome.

And now my Daily Hues virginity has been spent. :P I’m so glad it has been! These polishes are gorgeous and were easy to work with. I would buy more Daily Hues Nail Lacquer in a second!
