I did some nail art for you today! See? I’m not 100% lazy. Just mostly lazy. :) This nail art look starts with China Glaze Rose My Name which I got as a press sample from the Summer Reign collection. Then, I used It Girl Spearmint stamping polish and It Girl Plate IG308 for the stamped nail art.

Today’s mani starts with two coats of Cupcake Polish Pick of the Patch. I used It Girl Plate IG117 and It Girl Wisteria stamping polish to put purple stars nail art on top.

How on God’s green earth have I never paired rose gold and light blue together? Have I been living under a rock? What is wrong with me? The instant I paired these two together, it instantly became my newest favorite color combination. So much so, that light blue and rose gold are the color scheme for the Erin Condren Life Planner I ordered for 2018!! (That link has a coupon for $10 off. You’re welcome. :) )
I started with two coats of Trust Fund Beauty I Give Good Tweet from a recent Ipsy Bag. Then, I used a makeup sponge to dab on Glam Polish Lilo, You Lolo to the tips.

The base for this mani is a Cosmeceuticals polish I got in the April Ipsy bag. I don’t know the name of it because I threw the box away! :O I didn’t realize the name wasn’t on the bottle. Note to makers: Always put your name on the bottle!
I was in Sally Beauty and saw this top coat from Seche that I’d never seen before: Seche Vive. It’s kinda like their UV-free gel topcoat. It works similarly to their regular topcoat. I didn’t notice much of a difference.
This stamping design is from It Girl Plate IG117 and I used It Girl Obsidian as the stamping polish.

Today’s nail art starts with two coats of Zoya Jordan which was sent to me as a press sample. I used It Girl Amethyst to stamp this faux watermarble nail art on my nails.
The is probably one of my favorite Bundle MonsterBundle Monster plates I own. It allows a lazy schlub like me to pretend to do watermarbles! Yay me!

I have a couple polishes from the Orly La La Land collection. I have shown the rest of the collection in various nail art posts this past month. Today, I’m going to show you Orly Cool in California which is a pinky coral color.
Orly Anything Goes is a glitter topper. It has fine microshimmer and then circle and star glitters. I had to fish a bit to get the big glitters out. You can even see on my pinkie, I only managed to get two glitters. Oh well! It’s a good thing I adore star glitters!

Hello! Hello! Today’s mani uses Omega Pebbles as stamping polish. Out of the 5 I was sent, this one is probably the best stamper of the bunch. The base color is Omega Pacific Blue and the design is from It Girl Plate IG116.

Sinful Colors Kiss Goodnight was sent to me in the Influenster Fierce Vox Box, free of charge. This SinfulColors is part of the Kandee Johnson collection. She was one of the very first beauty bloggers I ever followed so I’m really happy to have one of her polishes in my collection!
For the nail art, I used It Girl Amethyst stamping polish with It Girl Plate IG116. If you haven’t tried It Girl yet, you really should. Nicole is absolutely the best.

Today’s mani starts with two coats of OPI Sweet Memories which is pretty close to being an exact match to my natural nail. Once dry, I taped off the tips and used OPI Alpine Snow to make it a french mani. I had these wine glass vinyls for years and years. I think they are from Polished Vino, but I can’t really remember!

Dermelect sent me two of their polishes from their spring collection. Dermelect is a peptide infused, anti-aging nail polish. Both of these colors were opaque in two coats. Keep scrolling to see the nail art I did with the two of them together!
Dermelect Coat D’Amour is a gorgeous pink creme.
Dermelect Mani-Festo is a dusty teal.
And here’s a little nail art I did with the two of them together. I used striping tape (which you can find wicked cheap on Amazon) to do this look. Make sure your base color is completely dry before attempting any striping tape nail art. :)

Today’s mani starts with two coats of Orly Big City Dreams which is from the La La Land collection. I used Mundo de Unas Metallic Purple to stamp these fun kaleidoscope style images from an It Girl Stamping Plate.
Here is a plain swatch of Big City Dreams. Some bloggers had issues with this collection being a little patchy. I found that if I thought about it like it was a crelly and not a creme, then I had a decent time applying it.
Today we’re getting our taxes done and I’m soooo scared. This is the first year where I’ll have to do taxes for my businesses (yes, plural!!) including self-employment stuff AND my day job stuff. The pile of paperwork is MASSIVE. And I’m sure I’m going to owe a lot. I’ve never owed before! I’ve always gotten at least a little something back!!!!! This is super stressing me out. No wonder people just pay someone to take care of all of this stuff. Taxes are, so far, the worst part about being a business owner!

This evening’s mani is one of my favorites that I’ve done in a long time. Let’s just say that I’m pretty pleased with myself for choosing to matte this look.
Here’s the look with a glossy topcoat. It’s pretty, but I definitely love it better matte. Which do you prefer?
This mani starts with two coats of Orly Head in the Clouds from the La La Land collection. I used Konad Red to stamp this design from a wonderful plate designed by It Girl Nail Art.
Here is a swatch of Orly Head in the Clouds. Many people have reported issues with the La La Land collection. However, I did not experience those problems. Some have said they’re streaky and need 3-4 coats. This is 2 coats in these photos. I found that if I thought of it like a crelly instead of a thick cream that it helped me apply it well.

I’m still obsessed with It Girl’s new stamping plates. Today, I’m using It Girl Plate 306 to create a nude lace nail art look. I started with two coats of OPI Sweet Memories which is nearly identical to my natural nail’s look. Then, I used It Girl Alabaster white stamping polish to put on the lace design.
I really love how nice and delicate this turned out. Also, It Girl’s stamping polish is ah-maz-ing. Even with small, intricate patterns, you don’t lose any of the image during transfer. Also, it doesn’t stink to high heaven like other stamping polishes. I don’t know what witchcraft Nicole does to her stamping polishes, but it’s certainly working!
Here is a swatch of OPI Sweet Memories. As you can see, it barely even looks like I have polish on at all. It’s the perfect color for nude and negative space nail art.

It Girl has released a new plate that looks like a Kaleidoscope Stamping Plate. It is plate IG202. For the base color, I used Pretty Serious Corvus Corax (press sample) which is a deep, deep blue jelly. For the stamping, I used Mundo de Unas Mexican Pink.

I just saw what my first commission check from SeneGence is going to be. 
I am SO glad I signed up! I feel like I should give the whole check to Cassidy, who is the one who signed me up last October. (I’m not going to…but like…I feel like I should.)

I have some lacy nail art for you today! I started with two coats of Pretty Serious Araenae (Press Sample) which is a deep, deep dark purple jelly. I used It Girl White Stamping Polish and It Girl Plate IG306 to stamp the design on top.
I am extremely impressed with the It Girl stamping polishes. They are as pigmented as Mundo de Unas, but without the smell. I need Nicole to make some in every single color in the entire color spectrum and in every finish!

I have another mani for you today using It Girl Plate IG115 which is her Valentine’s Day themed plate. I wanted to do something a little less foofy so I started with two coats of OPI I Drive a Supernova. Then, I used It Girl Obsidian black stamping polish and this slashed hearts design to create this black heart nail art look.
Here’s a plain swatch of OPI I Drive a Supernova. It’s a pretty standard metallic silver polish.

Just in time for Valentine’s Day….I have some Valentine’s Day nail art to show you! The base color for this look is OPI One Chic Chick which is a really nice light yellow creme polish. I finally bought It Girl Coral stamping polish after lusting after it on susanannie‘s nails. I also bought It Girl Plate IG115 which is full of awesome Valentine’s day stamping images. Today, I have some pretty lazy nail art for your viewing pleasure. I started with OPI Breakfast at Tiffany’s (which is from the namesake collection) and simply used some Pueen Water Decals.
I know my crooked nail has been driving some people crazy. (I’m looking at you, smackerlacquer) but I promise it’s growing out and it will be a thing of the past soon. :) So just bear with me.
