Howdy! One week ago, I confessed that I’d rejoined Weight Watchers. I’ve now been following the program for a week. Except for last Friday-Sunday when I completely fell off the wagon. LOL. The good news is that I still lost 1.5 lbs this week. I am now at the bottom of the range of those two pounds I’ve been cycling for all of 2018. That means that, if I’m a good girl, next week I’ll be able to report a loss that actually means something!
Here are my FitBit stats for the week. You can see I was good Monday through Thursday and then got a wee bit lazy on the weekend. I’ll see if I can slowly start to do better on the weekends even though they are filled with fun and games.
Here’s my usual side-by-side shot! I need to figure out some better lighting for my quick morning picture. But, at least you can get an idea of my silhouette.
I’m also looking for suggestions on songs that make you wanna move your booty. For example, some songs on my current playlist are:
