Well, I finally caved! I rejoined Weight Watchers. I joined a week ago today, but really only started doing it on Monday. It’s going to be a bit of an adjustment, especially since my boyfriend and I eat out a lot. But, WW has worked for me in the past, so hopefully it will work again. The scale has been pretty happy the last two days! :P
I’m still toying with the same two pounds from my “low” since really trying to lose weight in October. However, I think joining WW will jump start my weight loss again and I should be able to break through this plateau.
I’ve also been trying harder to reach 10,000 steps per day. Back when I was super thin and healthy, I was walking 3-5 miles in the morning every day. I could almost eat whatever I wanted since I was exercising so much. However, I had to get up at 3:50am in order to do that. I’ve been trying to get up earlier to get back into that habit, but my body is refusing!!! I am such a heavy sleeper; I can sleep through nearly anything. I have three alarms. One of those alarms is my cell phone with 5 alarms set in the morning, all with different sounds. The other two are physical alarm clocks. I also have TWO lamps on timers that turn the lights on to help wake my ass up. And I STILL SLEEP IN. WTF. I may never be able to get back into that morning walking routine!
