Literary Lacquers Swatches

I managed to steal a bunch of Literary Lacquers polishes in smackerlacquer‘s destash. I’d only tried a few of these polishes before and they were glitters in a jelly base. This was my first time trying any of her other formulas! All swatches are two coats.

Literary Lacquers Lestat is a lovely light purple holo.

Literary Lacquers The Edge. This one is really close to Lestat but has a bit of a stronger holo effect.

Literary Lacquers Annabel Lee is the only one out of the bunch I don’t like. The gray is a bit lifeless and dulls the glitters. It is also quite sheer. However, if it’s named after Edgar Allan Poe’s Annabel Lee, then perhaps that description is quite fitting and this is the perfect polish. Hmmm….

Literary Lacquers Tia Wanna on top of a black creme. This is soooo super gorgeous. I think that when I wore it like this smackerlacquer regretted giving it to me. LOLOLOL. Well she’s not getting it back! :P

Literary Lacquers Mysterious Irrevocable Sacred. This one is also like Lestat and The Edge. I’m not sure why smackerlacquer had so many purple LL’s to give away. Perhaps LL loves purple? Perhaps smackerlacquer hates purple? Maybe we’ll never know…
