Happy Wednesday, y’all! And you know what that means…time for my weight-loss deep-soul confessions for the week.
Well, I’m down 1 pound this week by some miracle of the scale gods. I was on-plan less than half the week this week! The good news is that apparently being on plan half the time is better than being on plan none of the time. :)
I’ve recently discovered my passion for sunflower seeds. Not only are they deliciously salty, but they also take FOREVER to eat. It’s the longest snack I’ve ever tried to eat. I put a 1/4 cup of seeds in my car on Monday and I still have most of them left. Despite eating them whenever I’m in the car! (PS Spitting out the shells does NOT ruin my lipstick. Because LipSense is awesome and if you haven’t tried it yet, you are completely missing out.)

I also didn’t meet my 10K step goal every day this week. Or almost ANY day this week. I’ve been all consumed with coloring. Yes. Coloring. This morning, I made a rule for myself that I’m only allowed to color AFTER I get my 10k steps in a day. So now I’m going on a walk! Haha. I love coloring too much! It’s so addicting!
