Smokey Mountain Lacquers sent me four polishes from her Spring collection. I’ve tried SML before in various beauty quartet boxes but this is the first time I worked directly with SML and got polishes from a regular collection. Spoiler alert: I loved all four polishes and Kim is definitely a talented polish maker! Let’s take a look at these Smokey Mountain Lacquer swatches, shall we?
Smokey Mountain Lacquers Atsila is a beautiful deep pink linear holo. I wore two coats for these pictures.
Here she is with flash from my camera, showing off that beautiful holo!
Smokey Mountain Lacquers Tehya is a mint creme polish. Again, this is two coats. I have two monitors at home and on one this polish looks Tiffany blue while on the other it looks mint. This is a mint polish in real life! Depending on your monitor, it could look more blue than it actually is. If you’re looking for a good mint creme, then this polish is for you. :)
Smokey Mountain Lacquers Namid is absolutely my favorite of the four. It’s a dark blue jelly with flakies and other fun little surprises in it. I needed three coats for this one, but that’s to be expected of a jelly polish.
Smokey Mountain Lacquers Mapiya is a purple linear holo. I used two coats for this one.
I’m really glad Kim sent me a variety of her finishes. I was impressed with all three finishes I tried and would absolutely recommend this indie brand. Plus, she’s updated her label and it’s super duper cute. I love it!
What do you think of these four polishes? Which is your favorite?
