Mint and White Nail Art Inspired by a Dog

{Press Sample}{Affiliate Links}

The Born Pretty Store sent me a few sets of french tip guides to show you. For today’s mani, I used the big check mark design. This is shown in the second row, far right. Today’s mint and white nail art is also for this week’s Crumpet’s Nail Tarts Challenge. The prompts this week are tape and green. I’m cheating a little bit by calling these decals ‘tape’ but sssshhhhh! I won’t tell on me if you won’t!!

16 Sheets French Nail Tip Guides Stickers Set Strip Nail Art Decoration (Pack of 16)

This mani was inspired by a dog in one of my dog training classes. It is a stark-white Samoyed and the owner paired her with a mint green collar and leash. It looked so gorgeous that I had to do a mani in the same colors!

I started with two coats of Sally Hansen White On for all fingers except my ring finger. That finger got two coats of Revlon Minted. Once dry, I applied the stencils one finger at a time and painted with the opposite color of the base coat.

I like how this turned out as it looked very clean and fresh.
